CUI Data Management
- Implement and maintain proper identification, labeling, and handling of CUI data
- Develop and enforce protocols for protecting sensitive information

Supply Chain Documentation
- Manage and maintain supplier documentation and certifications
- Verify accuracy and completeness of supply chain data
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliant documentation is maintained
- Develop and implement procedures for document control across the supply chain
Compliance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track compliance requirements across all federal contracts
- Generate reports on contract status and compliance metrics
- Identify areas for improvement in documentation processes
- Recommend process improvements to management
Process Development & Implementation
- Create and maintain documentation procedures
- Develop training materials for document control protocols
- Coordinate with departments to implement new policies

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,, Government Contracting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in federal contracting compliance, document control, or related field
- Strong knowledge of government regulations and procurement requirements
- Experience with CUI management systems preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification
- Familiarity with relevant federal acquisition regulations (FAR)
- Experience with compliance software and documentation systems
- Understanding of supply chain management principles
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer and keyboard for long periods, and read documents for extended time periods.
Working Conditions:
Professional office environment. May require occasional travel or work at client sites.
