Description
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join our Information Technology (IT) department. The Helpdesk Technician will provide technical software, hardware and network problem resolution to all Ranch computer users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions; clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user training as needed; assist IT Team as needed; troubleshoot network printer problems; escalate complex end-user problems on to the appropriate Engineers; conduct hardware and software inventory maintenance and reporting; and perform related work as required.

Qualifications
Who you are:
You have a high school diploma, or GED. Associate or bachelor’s degrees in related field preferred.
You have at least two years of IT experience.
You have an active driver’s license.
