Quality Assurance Manager (Garments)

As we expand our in-house manufacturing capabilities, we're looking for a seasoned QA Manager to elevate our garment quality to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Quality Control: Supervise quality checks from fabric inspection to final packed product across all production stages

In-Line Audits: Conduct real-time audits during stitching, finishing, and packing to ensure defect-free output

Standardization: Develop and enforce QA SOPs, inspection checkpoints, and garment measurement standards

Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring quality issues and coordinate with production to implement corrective actions

Training & Monitoring: Train line checkers, QCs, and production teams on quality standards and workmanship expectations

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain quality reports, rejection logs, and inspection records with clarity and rigor

Customer Returns Feedback Loop: Analyze return and exchange data to improve future product quality.

Requirements

8-15 years of experience in garment QA/QC

Strong understanding of garment construction, measurements, and defect classifications

Hands-on experience in inline and end-line QA systems

Proficiency in using QA tools and documentation (AQL, measurement sheets, defect tagging)

Leadership skills to manage a team of line QCs and finishers

Eye for detail, accountability, and a commitment to world-class product quality
