We are looking for a confident and personable Front Desk Executive to be the face of our wellness clinic. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. From managing client interactions and CRM scheduling to coordinating internal communications and handling administrative tasks, this role requires a tech-savvy professional with a warm personality and a passion for client care.
Responsibilities
Meeting and greeting clients/patients
Managing schedule/calendar in CRM software
Handling clients calls and provide support
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Coordinating with staff and clients
Other front desk/general/client-care duties
Qualifications
Charming personality, and outstanding communication skills
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar or other client facing role
Proficient in written and spoken English. IELTS an advantage.
Proficient in computer/internet/MS-office/Social Media skills
