Job Title: PM Scrum Master / Agile Coach

Location: Houston, TX (Local Candidates Only)

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens Only

Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach for one or more Agile teams

Mentor Scrum Masters and coach product owners, teams, and leadership on Agile practices

Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Remove impediments and foster a high-performing Agile environment

Track team metrics and provide reporting to stakeholders on delivery progress and team health

Collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope, timeline, and resources

Promote Agile adoption and maturity across the organization

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Agile project management and/or Scrum Master roles

3+ years as an Agile Coach guiding teams at the enterprise level

Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills

Agile certifications preferred (CSM, CSP, SAFe Agilist, ICAgile Coach, etc.)
