Job Description
Collaborate with department subject-matter experts to determine additional knowledgebase needs, refine labeling criteria, and ensure the highest standards of data quality
Gather large datasets including text, images, and audio. Organize information in a digestible format
Tag, annotate, and organize data to better help the AI learn patterns
Provide ongoing testing of the AI to confirm accuracy, create processes to identify knowledge base deficiencies
Oversee the collection, management, and quality assurance of information across multiple departments
Coordinate with data governance team, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
Collaborate closely with IT and operations to align data strategies with organizational goals
Analyze data to identify usage trends and feedback for improving knowledgebase responses
Utilize visualization to provide clear insights and provide actionable recommendations in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team
Translating technical findings into easily understandable language for non-technical audiences
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or R required
Skills in cleaning, organizing, and annotating data for training AI models
Strong attention to detail
Strong critical thinking to trace issues back to their root causes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively presenting findings.
Excellent professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality or company and employee information
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Previous experience building data visualizations. Certification in data visualization preferred. Experience with data visualization platforms, such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
