Quantity Surveyor

Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Johor Bahru

Job Scope:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.

* Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

* Monitor and control project costs, identifying potential savings and cost cutting measures.

* Liaise with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying

* Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
