LSW Clinician – Egg Harbor Twp, NJ

Horizon Staffing Resources is seeking a qualified Licensed Social Woker Clinician in Egg Harbor Twp, NJ. The LSW Clinician provides individual, group, and family interventions, as well as eligibility assessments, inclusive of medical/clinical assessments resulting in service and/or treatment plans. The LSW Clinician will also deliver ongoing clinical interventions such as Illness Management Recovery, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Behavioral Supports, Motivational Interviewing, and crisis intervention. The ideal candidate will ensure delivery of care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client centered.

Hours/Schedule:

Mon – Fri

9:00am to 5:00pm OR 8:00am to 4:00pm

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, group, or family intervention

Community outreach and crisis interventions

Referral, advocacy for linkage to essential services

Linkage of consumer to social, spiritual, and other community resources as expressed by the consumer’s wishes and established service plans

Provide/arrange client transportation per program guidelines and with supervisory consultation

Develop and maintain consistent positive collateral and community relationships

Prepare documentation of work utilizing agency information systems consistent with program expectations regarding timeliness and content for billing purposes and compliance Meets/exceeds assigned productivity standards

Attends team scheduled supervision sessions, in-service training workshops, and staff meetings according to agency and program schedules

Responsible for knowing and following company procedures

Qualification Requirements

Two years of previous experience preferred

Valid New Jersey LSW

Master’s degree in Social Work
