Job Summary

Operate bulldozers to grade earth, dress slopes, and assist in site development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate dozers to move, grade, and level soil

Shape slopes, building pads, and site features as directed

Utilize attachments as needed

Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance

Assist with other site work when requiredRequirements

12 years' experience operating bulldozers or similar heavy equipment

Ability to read grade stakes and follow directions

Valid driver's license required

Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Team player with a safety-first mindset

Pay & Benefits

We offer competitive pay of $26 to $30 per hour, based on experience.
