Job Description
We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage records and information for approx 70 employees
Cost tracking per various jobs
Personnel hire-in and discharge associated tasks
Payroll for all employees
Submit and pay all state and federal payroll taxes for TX, LA, AL and FL (941 and TWC)
Maintain and coordinate all insurance for company and employees
Invoice different large companies for services provided using the various systems each of them prefer
Perform banking duties with 2 banks, including deposits and payments
Reconcile and pay several company credit card accounts
Ensure all expenses are charged against the correct accounts
Provide administrative assistance to management team as requested
Monitor and manage duties of other office personnel to keep all tasks current
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
Proficiency in Quickbooks Online
SAP experience a Plus
TRAKS experience a plus
