Join our team as a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver at Ryder! We have immediate openings for dedicated drivers ready to hit the road.
What can you expect from your paycheck?
$1800+ per week - And it gets better!
Driver Positions Pay Weekly
Solo Miles Pay: $0.57 per Mile with 2000+ Miles per Week
Solo Stops Pay: $23.00 per Stop with 12 - 15 Stops per Week
Per Diem Pay: $52.00 per night with 4 - 5 nights per Week
Safety Bonus: Up to $1250 per year
Sign-On Bonus: $4000 (Paid out $2000 at 30 days and $2000 at 90 days)

Schedule: Sunday - Friday
Dispatch Time: AM
Sunday Evening Load Pickup
Deliver SOLO to: All States East of the Mississippi River
Tractor Type: 2023/2024 Automatic Sleepers with Refrigerators, Inverters, Microwaves, and Safety Cameras
Trailer Type: Dry Van (48' & 53')
Freight: Heavy Touch/Driver Assist - Garage Doors
Our trucks are modern (36 months or newer) and we offer 24/7 Roadside Maintenance. Company drivers can fuel at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.

Requirements:
Minimum 21 years of age
Pass a Ryder Drug Test
Pass a Ryder Background and Motor Vehicle Check including Drug and Alcohol verification for the past 3 years
Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
Experience: Class A verifiable experience in a tractor-trailer or comparable vehicle:
9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
5 years' experience within the last 10 years
Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
Ability to read and apply laws, rules, and regulations
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and guidelines
Identify and minimize safety hazards
Maintain accurate records and logs
Assist in loading/unloading freight, if required
Perform other duties as assigned
