Schedule: This is first shift, there are no on-call responsibilities, and the team won't work you to death. You can even start working from home 1 day per week once ramped up with the team.

Impact: Become the sole person responsible for programming the milling centers and move on from there in ways you can make a difference

Varied work: Super varied products and components. Start with learning CNC mills and related programming, but have a chance to work with other varied equipment (laser, turret, brake press, etc.)

High autonomy, high trust culture, and no micromanagement. Report directly to the Engineering Manager, and there is a great team of Engineers and Technicians to collaborate with.

$33 – 40 / hour + profit sharing, 1.5 for OT, excellent benefits
