Industrial Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

Design and Implement Solutions:

Develop and implement Industry 4.0 automation solutions tailored to Arclin needs.

Conduct pre-implementation impact analysis, business analysis, and technical feasibility studies for new manufacturing technologies

Data Management:

Set up and maintain OT data infrastructure.

Assess data flow, quality, clean data, and generate insights from OT data sets

Automation:

Integrate automation, supply chain and ERP systems to enhance manufacturing production efficiency through MES design and implementation.

Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated DCS, PLC and associated technologies

Quality Assurance:

Verify that products meet the highest quality standards.

Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and quality

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Knowledge of process control automation (DCS, PLC, SCADA, related technologies), AI, and data analytics.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Industry 4.0 technologies and trends.

Cybersecurity: Ensuring the security of digital systems and protecting sensitive data from cyber threats.

Education and Experience:

Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering - Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical, or a related field.

Experience: 0-4 years of manufacturing industry experience with a focus on automation system deployment and digital transformation.
