Fabrications Team Leader Evesham GBP40,000 Benefits * 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, with extra for long service * Pension scheme (after probation) * Private health insurance for you and family (after probation) Were Looking for a Fabrications Team Leader whos ready to take ownership, innovate, and make an immediate impact with a growing company in the Evesham area.

Key Responsibilities * Lead safe and efficient brake press operations.

* Oversee machine maintenance (TPM) and maintain a clean, organised workshop.

* Enforce health and safety standards for all staff and visitors.

* Manage team performance, delegate tasks, and promote a positive work culture.

* Maintain production flow and ensure schedules are met.

* Track attendance, manage holidays, and log project hours accurately.

* Read technical drawings and collaborate with design and production teams.

* Advise on processes, materials, and supplier choices.

* Order materials within budget and escalate issues when necessary.

What Youll Bring * Proven hands:on experience with brake press and fabrication.

* Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

* Problem:solving skills and a proactive, solutions:focused mindset.

* Understanding of Lean manufacturing and 5S principles.

* Confident IT skills for scheduling, reporting, and resource planning.

* A positive attitude : practical, team:oriented, and no egos.
