QA Automation Test Manager(Hybrid)

Onsite Location : New York, NY

Qualifications

9 to 11 yrs. of experience in QA with

Good Hands-on and working knowledge in Automation Testing using Java/Selenium/Cucumber BDD framework .

Working experience in API automation testing.

Capability of defining automation test strategy and implement from scratch

Database testing experience.

CI/CD testing implementation knowledge using Jenkins or GitLab toolset

Highly proficient and professional communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Planning and estimation for automation testing

Developing and Maintaining test scripts.

Execution and reporting test.

Automation framework level design or enhancements

Collaboration with different stakeholders of the project related testing activities and report testing status

Capable to lead a testing team of ~4/5 people

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 8/04/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $71,100/- to $ 112,500/- depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
