About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Video Editor to join our Video & Content Marketing team. This individual will support the production and editing of video content across digital, social, and internal platforms. The ideal candidate is a technically capable, detail-oriented editor who’s passionate about storytelling and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do Key Accountabilities

Edit video content for a variety of platforms including social (Reels, TikTok, YouTube), web, and internal presentations

Assist senior editors on larger campaigns and post-production workflows

Cut select content independently including quick-turn edits, promotional videos, and internal communications

Apply basic motion graphics, lower thirds, title cards, and light transitions as needed

Source music, sound effects, and b-roll to elevate edits

Organize and manage media assets using cloud-based workflows and local storage

Maintain brand consistency in pacing, tone, and visual style

Export and format videos for different platforms and deliverables

Stay up to date with post-production tools and social video trends

What You’ll Bring Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional or internship experience in video editing (agency, brand, or freelance)

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects preferred

Some experience with typography and motion graphics for video preferred

Understanding of video formats for digital, social, and internal use

Ability to organize projects and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously

Open to feedback and collaborative in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for creative problem-solving

Bonus: Familiarity with Frame.io, LucidLink, Media Encoder, and Adobe Creative Suite

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily

Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally

Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment

Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates in a hybrid work environment from our Dublin, California office.

The starting salary for this position is $76,400 – $90,000 and may increase to $102,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
