Job description
Make outbound calls to prospective residential and commercial customers using company-provided lists.
Communicate the benefits of switching to solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
Identify customer needs and interests to qualify leads and schedule appointments for the solar sales team.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries and objections.
Enter and update customer information in the CRM system/ Excel sheet accurately.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
Follow up with prospects who expressed interest but have not yet converted.
Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (solar or renewable energy experience preferred).
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
Passionate about renewable energy and environmental sustainability.
