We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Southfield, Michigan. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple databases.

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights and support strategic business initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with technical specifications.

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various reporting systems.

• Document workflows, processes, and business rules to support organizational understanding.

• Support efforts related to data migration, integration, and validation.

• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired business states.

• Work within Agile Scrum teams to deliver solutions efficiently and effectively.• Proven experience in business analysis, including data extraction and reporting.

• Familiarity with call center operations or customer service processes.

• Strong skills in reviewing and documenting business processes.

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project management.

• Ability to perform gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and quality.

• Proficiency in tools and systems relevant to data analysis and reporting.
