Were on the lookout for an HR Assistant who loves getting things organized, building processes from scratch, and helping people. What Will You Do All Day?
From your favorite home office setup, you'll:
Build it as we grow it. Help us create and document HR processes and systems that actually work.
Keep us organized. Track employee records, onboarding documents, and client requests across multiple companies.
Support our clients. Juggle day-to-day administrative tasks while making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Be the calm in the storm. Keep things moving smoothly in our fast-paced, always-changing environment.
Pitch in everywhere. Whether its scheduling interviews, prepping HR docs, or brainstorming better ways to do things, you're in.
Stay in the loop. Communicate like a pro with clients, candidates, and the Cherry Talent Group team.
