JOB SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a hands-on, consultant-minded technologist who can bridge business strategy and technical execution. As an AI & Data Solutions Engineer, you'll design and deploy end-to-end data and AI solutions that drive impact across operations, supply chain, and enterprise functions.
You’re equally comfortable at the whiteboard and the keyboard—translating complex business problems into scalable solutions using SQL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and MLOps. Working within our Data Science and Advanced Analytics team, you’ll collaborate across functions to identify use cases, engineer robust data pipelines, and deploy AI models and automation solutions using tools like Power Platform. You bring strong business intuition, a product mindset, and a relentless drive for smarter, faster outcomes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Not limited to)
Architect & Deliver Solutions – Design data platforms, predictive models, and GenAI applications leveraging LLMs to augment decision-making, automate workflows, and enhance user experiences.
Consultative Problem-Framing – Lead discovery sessions to surface requirements, quantify value, and convert business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
Own MLOps & Productionization – Manage the entire ML lifecycle (CI/CD, feature stores, monitoring, retraining) so models stay reliable and resilient.
Drive Automation & Optimization – Identify manual pain points; build Python/R pipelines, computer-vision routines, or workflow automations to streamline them.
Elevate Team Capability – Share best practices, code reviews and brown-bag demos that accelerate learning for analysts, engineers and citizen developers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3–5 years of progressive experience in data science, analytics engineering or solution architecture, including client-facing or consulting engagements.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Databricks and Snowflake (SnowPro or similar cert a plus).
Hands-on MLOps experience: MLflow, feature stores, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes basics.
Strong coding in Python (PySpark, Pandas, scikit-learn, FastAPI) and working knowledge of R.
Proven record of shipping predictive analytics, GenAI / LLM, and computer-vision solutions to production.
Comfort with Git-based CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and at least one major cloud (Azure preferred).
Excellent storytelling—the ability to turn statistical insights into clear, compelling business narratives.
Consulting background (Big-4, boutique, or internal advisory).
Experience in manufacturing or supply-chain domains (highly valuable but not required).
Certifications: SnowPro Advanced, Azure DP-203, PMP, CSM.
Exposure to factory automation, IIoT, time-series forecasting, digital twins or simulation.
Familiarity with Looker, Power BI or Tableau for rapid-fire data visualization.
Familiarity with automation platforms like Power Automate or UIPath.
Experience developing LLM-powered applications using GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), including knowledge of RAG pipelines and prompt tuning.
Competitive Salary, with a general salary range of $111,744.00 to $139,680.00, or higher depending on education and experience.
How We’ll Measure Success
Deliver multiple production AI/ML use-cases that unlock significant cost savings or revenue lift within year one.
Cut model deployment time from idea to production through robust MLOps automation.
Establish reusable data-product templates adopted across several business units.
Demonstrate growing influence—peers rely on your technical judgment and stakeholders seek your guidance.
