Plumbing Estimator / Field Sales Manager

$100K+ Salary • No Nights or Weekends • AR Licensed Plumber

We’re looking for a seasoned plumber with real-world experience — not someone who needs software to tell them how to price a job. If you know what it takes to estimate residential service and commercial TI (tenant improvement) work from the ground up, we want to talk to you.

This role combines sales, estimating, and project planning. You’ll walk jobs, build trust with clients, and price work based on your expertise — helping our field techs close deals confidently and profitably.

What You’ll Get:

Six-figure base salary (based on experience)

Company truck + gas card

Monday–Friday schedule – no weekends, no on-call

No micro-managing – we respect experience

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience (residential or light commercial)

Licensed plumber in Arkansas (required)

Confident in estimating projects without a computer – you know your numbers

Comfortable walking jobs, talking to customers, and representing our company in the field
