Manufacturing Team Leader - 1st Shift

Now Hiring: Quality Team Leaders for our client in Greer, SC

OpSource has partnered with an Automotive Quality Inspection company. You must be able to be badged for any BMW facility.

Shift: 1st Shift - 6 am-3:30 pm Monday-Saturday

Pay: $18.12hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the inspection process, responsible for the laborers and the inspection of customer products for the assigned tables

• Must lead by example, be organized, and practice good housekeeping skills in all areas of the facility

• Report any accidents or incidents that occur within the facility immediately to a supervisor

• Responsible for the coordination of shift start activities prior to start time (table requirements, paperwork, etc.)

• Provide on-the-job training for any new work instructions when applicable
