Job Description

Duties for this position include:

• Operate automated or manual chroming lines following safety and process protocols

• Prepare components for chroming by cleaning and pre-treating surfaces

• Inspect chromed parts for uniform coating, adhesion, and cosmetic quality

• Follow environmental and safety regulations related to hazardous chemicals

• Maintain clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety and PPE guidelines

Compensation (USD):

$16.00/hour

Schedule:

Night Shift

Monday – Friday

6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

We are currently seeking candidates from the following areas:

• Lewisburg, TN

• Columbia, TN

• Shelbyville, TN

• Pulaski, TN

• Mt. Pleasant, TN

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (automotive industry preferred)

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical work instructions

• Familiarity with safety, quality, and productivity standards in a production setting

• Ability to use basic measurement tools such as calipers or gauges is a plus

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods (8–12 hours)

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 35 lbs. regularly

• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts and tools

• Comfortable working in environments with noise, heat, chemicals, or dust (with proper PPE)

• Capable of wearing respiratory and safety equipment as required
