You'll be the one helping to ensure the building looks its best, from perfectly manicured grounds to clean, well-maintained facilities. If you're a motivated self-starter who enjoys hands-on work, this could be a perfect fit!What You'll Be Doing: More Than Just Maintenance
In this role, your main focus will be grounds maintenance, which includes everything from expert mowing and precise weed trimming to ensuring our sprinkler systems and irrigation clocks are running smoothly. You'll also get to help with the upkeep of our truck wash and assist with cleaning and maintaining our buildings.
But it doesn't stop there! If you have a knack for mechanics, you'll also get to contribute to the upkeep of our diverse fleet of equipment - think tractors, water trucks, loaders, and even lawnmowers. Every day offers a chance to contribute your skills in a tangible way.We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a high school diploma or GED, with some specialized training in maintenance, construction, or facilities management.
Holds a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 24 months, and no DUI/ARR in the last 5 years).
Is ready for the occasional 24-hour emergency call-out - because sometimes, nature doesn't keep business hours!
