Shift: 1st shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our Laser Team. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC or manual brake press machines, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC or manual brake press machines to bend, shape, or form aluminum sheets and components

Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and production schedules

Measure finished parts using calipers, gauges, and precision tools to ensure compliance with specifications

Adjust machine settings to maintain tolerances within 1 degree

Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues

Keep work area clean, safe, and organized

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of brake press operation experience, preferably in aluminum or metal fabrication

Proficient in reading blueprints and using measuring tools

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods

Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
