Manage snacks and drinks for the office

Help with supply restocking, mail, deliveries, and vendor coordination
Keep an eye on the little things: water the plants weekly (green thumb is a plus!), and flag any office upkeep needs that help keep the space feeling fresh and functional.
Set up basic tech for meetings (e.g., Zoom links, conference room check-ins)
Provide light administrative support, including helping with scheduling and calendar invites
Occasionally support with office events or Friday in-person needs

You have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (hospitality experience is a big plus)
Strong customer service instinctsyou know how to make people feel welcome and supported
