A growing, multi-unit organization is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute company-wide marketing efforts across multiple brands and business lines. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with at least 5 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment and is comfortable working both strategically and tactically.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all marketing strategies, campaigns, and communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing social media channels, digital campaigns, branding, media buying, and event-related marketing logistics.
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies.
Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Develop, manage, and optimize social media presence and digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate marketing activities around events, including sourcing materials, scheduling promotions, and preparing onsite or remote support (may include occasional overnight travel).
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials, advertisements, and digital assets.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms and marketing touchpoints.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, vendors, and strategic partners.
Monitor customer engagement and feedback to refine outreach strategies.
Provide guidance or supervision to junior marketing staff, if applicable.
Qualifications:
Bachelorâ s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, ideally within a multi-location or service-oriented organization.
Experience with social media management, content creation, and online engagement strategies.
Proficiency in digital advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in media buying and familiarity with event coordination are highly valued.
Industry experience in hospitality, food service, or consumer-focused services is a plus, though not required.
Requirements:
(Advanced) Experience in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Ability to occasionally work flexible hours needed
