Job Title: RN Neurovascular Moderate Sedation

License: RN License (NY License ONLY)

Certifications: BLS, ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)

Must-Have: Moderate Sedation Experience, IR Experience, Experience with interpretation of end tidal CO2

Description:

Join a dedicated team that provides moderate sedation in a fast-paced procedural area.

Care for patients undergoing preventative and interventional stroke care.

Responsibilities include intraoperative moderate sedation and circulating when not providing moderate sedation.

The RN administers moderate sedation and closely monitors the cardiac and physical status of the patient.

Collaborate with the physician while providing safety, comfort, and privacy.

Required qualifications include an RN License (NY License ONLY) and moderate sedation experience.

Candidates must have IR experience and a minimum of two years in ICU or IR.

Experience with interpretation of end tidal CO2 is essential.

BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association are mandatory.
