Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with a passion for wireless network infrastructure? We're seeking a Transport Engineer to join our dynamic team and support the design, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge 5G and advanced wireless technologies.Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement transport solutions for macro, small cell, CRAN, VRAN, MEC, and other wireless network builds.
Engineer and issue CIQs (IP/Port assignments), manage circuit orders, and oversee switch and cell growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal transport solutions.
Track and escalate circuit orders to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate documentation using tools like XNG, Granite, and FUZE CND.
Lead vendor coordination and project tracking to meet network milestones.
Analyze forecasts and plan for equipment growth to meet future demands.Must-Have Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Strong database management and project tracking skills.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal abilities.
Quick learner with the ability to apply wireless engineering knowledge to new projects.
Experience in cellular or telecommunications industries.
Familiarity with engineering and economic principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong decision-making, organizational, and planning skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with XNG/Granite circuit databases and ASR ordering systems.
Knowledge of interconnect circuit types (TLS, EMUX, Dark Fiber, EOS).
Understanding of 4G/5G wireless architecture and technologies (e.g., 3GPP option 3X).
Familiarity with centralized RAN, WDM, IPv4/IPv6, and microwave backhaul technologies.
Project management experience in telecom or related fields.
