POSITION TITLE: Data Input clerk

LOCATION OF POSITION: Shunde, China

REPORTING TO: Merchandise Supervisor

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Give supporting to sourcing / production team in HK for PO data entry and ordering ticketing

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

You will be critical in delivering these activities but not limited to:

NGC data entry, po entry,

Handle po amendment per sourcing team email instruction.

Follow up with US operation to provide cut number (sizing) for upc ticket entry on time.

Order ticketing on time.

Follow up ticketing status with supplier.

Confirm EDI report with supplier.

Update UPC status working record.

Minimum 1 years' of related working experience

Average level at speaking and written English

Able to work under pressure

Better to have working experience in office

Be careful and fast action

Proactive and willing to learn

Know how to judge priority of the work.

Proficient in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
