This isnt a clipboard-and-coffee job. Were hiring a Project Manager who takes complete ownership of field operations from the first measure to the final warranty fix. That means managing timelines, overseeing installations, and physically performing all punch work and final trim-out services yourself.

If somethings missing, misaligned, or off-specyou fix it. If a sub doesnt show upyou jump in. If theres an issue post-installyou handle it, professionally and thoroughly.

What Youll Be Responsible For

Project Execution (Start to Finish)

Own every job in your assigned subdivision from field measure to final warranty

Keep projects moving smoothly by coordinating field activity, solving problems, and stepping in when needed

On-Site Field Measurements & Plan Validation

Personally visit each job to measure and validate plans before production

Catch issues early and communicate changes to the operations team

Install Oversight & Subcontractor Management

Oversee internal install teams or subcontractors

Enforce GSPs standardshold others accountable for quality and completeness

Select and manage subcontractors for cabinet installations

Step in to perform installs only when team members or subs are unavailable

Final Trim-Out Service (Performed by You on Every Job)

Install cabinet shoe molding

Adjust all doors and drawers to ensure smooth operation and perfect alignment

Complete touch-ups, caulking, and detailing

Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure nothing is missed before turnover

Punch Work & Warranty Completion

Handle all punch work directly:

Replace damaged cabinets, drawers, doors

Correct fit-and-finish issues

Complete any on-site corrections needed after install

Maintain ownership of warranty tasks through the full warranty period

Field Communication

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for builders and supers

Keep subs and install crews aligned with schedules and expectations

Escalate only the issues that cant be solved in the field to the Operations Manager

Who You Are

3+ years of hands-on cabinet installation experience (required)

Strong field leadership and communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple active job sites

Physically capable of performing trim, punch, and touch-up work every day

Comfortable working independently and solving problems without supervision

Takes pride in finishing jobs cleanly, completely, and correctly
