We are recruiting for a Finance and Administrative Assistant. This position includes financial and bookkeeping duties, administrative support to executives, administrative and office tasks, customer service support, and other tasks as needed that support all aspects of the business.
Administrative and Office Tasks:
Order office and warehouse supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Arrange travel and accommodations for company personnel as needed.
Assist with:
Insurance Renewals, updates, certificiate requests, and filing claims
Registrations
Notifications to vendors/partners
Recordkeeping
Updating, transcribing, and filing documents
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Customer Service:
Process credit applications and respond to reference requests.
Update and maintain customer information in systems
Assist with agreement tracking and recordkeeping.
Help with:
Notifications/Mailings to customers
Onboarding new customers
Rebate and discount tracking
Finance Duties:
Proficient knowledge of bookkeeping practices
Process accounts receivable transactions; follow up on collections.
Help with accounts payable
Help with credit card statement processing
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
Assist with 1099 preparation and filing
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
Generate routine financial reports and summaries
1. Minimum Education required:
Associates (2 year) college degree
*Certifications or degrees in Accounting are preferred
2. Minimum Experience required:
10 years in accounting/bookkeeping and administrative work
