Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Strategist & Learning Content Developer to join our growing team. This dual-role position will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering high-impact training content that supports employee learning, operational excellence, and a superior customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, instructional design, and content strategy. You will work cross-functionally with training leads, QA, operations, and product teams to ensure that all learning materials are clear, engaging, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Program Leadership

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive content strategies for onboarding, upskilling, compliance, and product enablement initiatives.

Identify long-term training needs in collaboration with department leaders and translate them into actionable content plans.

Build and maintain scalable systems, style guides, and best practices for content consistency and brand alignment.

Guide content prioritization in line with company growth and talent development needs.

Learning Content Development

Oversee the creation and refinement of learning content across a variety of formats, including:

E-learning modules

Slide decks and presentations

Job aids and interactive PDFs

Video scripts and microlearning tools

Quizzes and assessments

Ensure technical and operational content is translated into digestible, engaging learning assets for diverse learner audiences.

Quality, Innovation & Optimization

Lead audits of existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and accessibility.

Champion the integration of learner feedback and performance data into iterative content updates.

Implement processes to test, QA, and track the performance of training deliverables across functions.

Collaboration & Influence

Serve as a key point of contact between training, QA, and operational stakeholders to ensure training materials are timely and aligned with business changes.

Contribute to train-the-trainer initiatives and coach team members on content delivery best practices.

Partner with the LMS admin and platform teams to organize, publish, and track training modules and learning paths.

Qualifications:

46+ years of experience in instructional design, content development, or L&D roles.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional content initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.

Expertise in adult learning principles and digital learning content development.

Proficient in tools such as Articulate, Rise, Canva, or similar platforms.

Excellent written communication skills and instructional storytelling ability.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, learner-friendly materials.

Strong attention to detail with experience implementing scalable systems and guides.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy, call center, or SaaS environments.

Familiarity with LMS platforms and reporting.

Basic video editing, HTML, or graphic design experience.

Certification in instructional design or learning content strategy a plus.
