Think Tell Junction We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage scheduling and appointment coordination for staff and clients.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries in a timely manner.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-service oriented with a friendly demeanor.
