Lead the end-to-end technical vision and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms solutions for complex, mission-critical federal programs. You will translate business and security requirements into scalable architectures, govern implementation standards, and mentor a cross-functional delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

Own solution architecture for AEM Forms (Adaptive Forms, OSGi Workflows, Document Services) across on-prem, Managed Services, and Cloud Service deployments.

Produce high-level and low-level design, sizing, and integration roadmaps; review UX designs for componentization and 508 compliance.

Guide DevOps pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes, Cloud Manager) and performance-tuning, backup, and DR strategies

Integrate AEM Forms with identity, CRM, ECM, ESB, and REST/SOAP services; oversee data security and FedRAMP / NIST controls

Lead code reviews, establish reusable component libraries, and enforce coding standards; coach developers and authors.

Drive LiveCycle-to-AEM migration efforts, upgrades, and continuous innovation initiatives

Serve as primary technical interface to government SMEs, enterprise architects, and third-party vendors; resolve critical issues and present architecture options.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Computer Science (Master’s preferred)

20+ years enterprise Java/JEE; 5+ years designing large-scale AEM Forms solutions

Deep knowledge of Sling, JCR/CRX, OSGi, Adaptive Forms, XDPs, and LiveCycle modules.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infra (AWS/Azure).

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) – AEM Forms Architect or equivalent.

Eligibility for DHS Public-Trust (or higher) clearance; able to adhere to Section 508 and security policies.

Preferred

Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud stack (Sites, Assets, Analytics, Campaign)

Familiarity with zero-trust architectures and automated compliance scanning
