Field Service Technician — Industrial Equipment Specialist-DIRECT HIRE

We’re looking for a skilled and driven Field Service Technician to keep industrial operations running smoothly — because when you’re on the job, the wheels keep turning.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our go-to field expert, you’ll perform a range of service tasks — from routine maintenance to complex repairs — across your territory.
Your responsibilities will include:
Perform start-up, preventive, and corrective maintenance on industrial air compressors
Diagnose and repair all components and brands of compressed air equipment
Interpret P&I, GA, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot issues
Handle routine service tasks — oil and filter changes, control settings, and cleaning
Rig and safely install or remove heavy components like motors and compressors
Prepare daily service reports and paperwork with accuracy
Provide on-call service during your scheduled rotation
Schedule: DIRECT HIRE Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $47,600 - $55,200
What You Bring to the Table
You’re not just a wrench-turner — you’re a technician who understands how systems come together and how to keep them running under pressure.
We're looking for someone who has:
2–5 years of industrial mechanical or electrical experience
Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability to read blueprints and interpret customer equipment operations
Familiarity with a range of pipe materials (copper, black, aluminum, galvanized)
Experience with multimeters, ammeters, vibration, and infrared meters
Proficiency in power tools — drills, grinders, band saws, etc.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and more on occasion
Clean driving record — must be maintained

EPA certifications and Freon handling experience
