Job Summary
Recruiting Processors assists the Recruiting Department in processing driver files and by providing administrative support to the Recruiters throughout the on-boarding process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews all completed driver files for accuracy and thoroughness.
Supports Recruiters in all efforts related to the recruitment and retention of drivers.
Processes, verifies, and maintains personnel and safety related documentation.
Follows up with drivers to ensure all required paperwork and documentation is provided to the company in a timely manner.
Gathers personnel or safety records from other departments as needed.
Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
Arranges for in-house and external training activities.
Maintains and organizes driver files.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft products including Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
