Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Operations Analyst to manage sales and purchase orders, maintain accurate date records, and ensure timely shipment of orders. This role is critical in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring the seamless flow of transactions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Entry & PO Creation:
Process customer orders and purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
Manage and maintain accurate dates on sales and purchase orders.
Ensure on-time shipping of all customer orders.
Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve customer questions and issues promptly.
Always provide solutions when addressing customer concerns.
Customer Relationship Building:
Develop a thorough understanding of each customer’s unique needs and requirements.
Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours to maintain strong customer relationships.
Leadership & Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvements and propose new ways of working to enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume orders.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
