Full time - Direct hire.

Second (2nd) Shift - 4:00 pm to 2:30 am 4 DAY WORK WEEK

Monday- Tuesday- Wednesday- Thursday.

Pay - $18.50/hour + Bonus *based on quarterly performance*

Reports To - Shift Supervisor

Position: Production Line Associate

Responsibilities:

Quickly and continuously identify, collect, and stack molded parts from the conveyor line to build palletized product orders

Construct pallets with the correct pallet counts and pallet tags per each part number

Perform visual quality inspections of the product and remove non-quality parts to meet quality inspection standards and ensure that only high-quality product is palletized

Perform secondary duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Role Requirements:

Work in a manufacturing environment collecting, stacking, and palletizing product from machines running at different speeds

Ability to count, sequence, and calculate quickly

Meet position-specific hourly production goals

Ability to rotate, work, and meet production goals of several line positions within a shift

Conduct accurate quality inspections and meet the company's quality inspection standards

Ability to work standing throughout an entire shift

Ability to operate simple machinery for moving materials

Must be able to lift 40 pounds or less

Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled work environment

Experience driving a forklift (certified preferred)

Ability to measure and deposit proper material mix to vessel

Other tasks as assigned by management

Pay: $18.50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
