Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a critical role in defining and validating adhesive bonding joints at the site level, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (e.g., designers, project managers, and R&D teams), support the development of adhesive bonding solutions, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of supporting designers in defining adhesive bonding joints while considering industrial constraints, but also suggesting improvements and innovations to enhance processes and solutions.
We’ll look to you for:
Supporting designers in defining adhesive bonding joints in alignment with project requirements and industrial constraints
Proposing improvements and evolutions for adhesive bonding joint selection and engineering processes
Suggesting and contributing to R&D innovations
Ensuring the application of Metier standards at the site level
Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Maintaining a customer-focused approach to ensure project success

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
3 to 4 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, ideally in the railway sector
Knowledge of adhesive bonding technologies and standards
Familiarity with industrial constraints and project requirements
A strong sense of priorities and structured problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multi-site, and international organization
Fluency in English
