Job Title: Operations Manager – Call Center / Collections

Location: Dallas, TX (75287 area) Relocating to Richardson, TX (75081 vicinity) later this year

Job Type: Full-Time Direct Hire Exempt

Salary: Up to $75,000 per year

A well-established leader in the receivables management and contact center space is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their growing team. This organization supports top clients across telecommunications, healthcare revenue cycle management, and third-party collections.

Position Overview:

This role will lead large on-site teams in a dynamic call center environment, overseeing daily operations and ensuring KPIs and service level standards are met. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in collections, dialer management, and team leadership, with the ability to communicate effectively across departments and with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations for one or more client portfolios

Drive performance improvement strategies and ensure compliance

Host business reviews, client meetings, and staff development sessions

Monitor and manage targets, workflow audits, and process enhancements

Collaborate with offshore teams to maintain operational excellence

Analyze and report on metrics to senior leadership

Support staffing, resource planning, and inventory control

Maintain a positive and productive team environment

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in call center operations management

Background in 3rd party collections and dialer strategy

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

Experience managing healthcare or telecom collections is a plus

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Location Notes:

The team is currently located in the 75287 area of Dallas and will be transitioning to the 75081 area of Richardson later this year (October/November). Candidates should be open to this future move.
