Job Overview
As a Foundry Floor Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills necessary to oversee foundry operations. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred but not required.
Training and Responsibilities
You will be trained in the following areas:
Operating Permanent Mold Equipment: Learn to operate and maintain equipment used in the production of aluminum castings.
Production and Troubleshooting of Castings: Gain expertise in producing high-quality castings and diagnosing issues during the casting process.
Casting Quality Systems: Understand and implement quality control processes to ensure castings meet customer’s standards.
Quality, Planning, Troubleshooting, and Personnel Management: Develop skills in managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, troubleshooting operational challenges, and leading a team effectively.
Schedule
10-hour shifts
Monday-Friday, day shift
Overtime and weekend availability
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay opportunities

Qualifications
Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred but not required.
