Now Hiring: Operations Manager – Cabinet Manufacturing & Installation

Spartanburg, SC

Full-Time Executive-Level Leadership

About the Opportunity

We’re a rapidly growing cabinet manufacturing and installation company with bold vision and exponential growth on the horizon. Our leadership team is assembling top-tier professionals to scale operations, refine efficiency, and dominate our market with service, quality, and reliability.

We’re not hiring just a “manager.” We’re hiring a leader, a builder, and an expert—someone who has lived and breathed this industry and is ready to take full ownership of operations and execution.

This Role Is for Someone Who Has…

5+ years of hands-on experience in both cabinet manufacturing and installation

A comprehensive understanding of the cabinet industry from raw material through finished install

Led high-performing teams and knows how to create order out of chaos

Solved real problems under pressure on the shop floor and the job site

Communicated directly with builders, customers, field crews, and vendors—and knows how to get things done

Built, hired, trained, and—when necessary—fired to create the right team

Your Mission

To take ownership of all day-to-day operations across manufacturing, inventory, field operations, and job execution—ensuring our company delivers on-time, on-budget, with zero excuses.

You will be the operational backbone of the business, trusted to lead the team, fix what’s broken, and continuously drive performance to new levels.

And most importantly: You will be a world-class team builder, assembling and developing the team we need to scale.

Your Core Responsibilities

️ Operations Leadership

Direct and oversee shop floor production and field installation schedules

Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across departments

Ensure seamless job execution—from work order to punch-out

Team Building & People Leadership

Hire, train, and retain top talent across shop, field, and support roles

Identify and develop lower-level leadership roles to scale effectively

Lead performance management, including corrective action and terminations when needed

Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and high standards

Inventory & Supply Chain Ownership

Take full responsibility for purchasing, supply management, and inventory control

Ensure materials are stocked, accounted for, and available on demand

Eliminate waste and optimize cost of goods through smart material management

Communication & Problem Solving

Serve as the point of contact for field issues, customer escalations, and vendor coordination

Manage installation crews and subcontractors with professionalism and clarity

Resolve scheduling, material, and personnel conflicts in real time

Lean Performance & Bonus Opportunity

Run a lean, high-output team—you’ll be incentivized for performance

Track KPIs such as labor efficiency, error rates, cycle times, and material yield

Earn bonuses based on how effectively you lead and deliver results

What We Expect from You

Minimum 5 years of experience in BOTH cabinet manufacturing and installation

Deep, working knowledge of the cabinetry industry—not just parts of it

Proven experience hiring, training, leading, and developing teams

Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills

Ability to lead operations independently without daily supervision

Calm under pressure, organized under stress, and driven to improve everything you touch

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000

Performance Bonuses: Based on quality, efficiency, and operational output

Paid time off, holidays, and a voice in company-wide improvement

A culture that rewards initiative, performance, and leadership

This Is NOT for You If…

You’ve only worked in one part of the cabinet industry

You’re not confident in hiring or managing people

You need someone to create your daily to-do list

You aren’t ready to lead both people and process at a high level

You make excuses instead of solving problems
