Role Summary: At Calvary, the faith of the next generation is worth everything and the Calvary Kids Leader is a critical component to making it happen at our campus. The Kid’s Ministry Leader implements vision, strategy and is our on-site leadership for the kids of Calvary (birth-5th grade) and their families. This role will include implementing creative kid’s ministry environments, biblical teaching, equipping and empowering leaders, and supporting families. Let’s put it this way, as the Campus Kids Ministry Leader at Calvary, you should love kids, be effective with leaders, be charismatic, a ball of energy, and not be afraid to leave it all on the table to lead kids into a growing relationship with Jesus.
Role Responsibilities:
Create an exciting and inviting environment for kids to explore their faith
Identify, train, and coach leaders who love kids and love investing in their spiritual development
Develop engaging, multisensory Bible-learning experiences and curriculum
Plan, execute and evaluate kids and family outreach events
Build and maintain a strong online presence for kids and families
Train, equip, schedule, and supervise nursery volunteers for Sunday mornings and Community Nights
Collaborate with Calvary Kids Director, implementing goals and initiatives at the campus
Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including attendance, retention and growth track progress
Manage the Safe Haven program for all YTH and CK ministries.

All volunteer leaders have been vetted, trained and tracked in our Safe Haven process.
Key Performance Indicators are regularly checked, recorded and reported.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in ministry-related field or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven organizational and administrative skills
