We are seeking a skilled and reliable Craftsman/Handyman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded professional with experience across multiple trades, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of home improvement and repair tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, and painting

Assess customer needs on-site and provide tailored solutions

Deliver projects on time, within scope, and with a high standard of quality

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding project timelines and expectations

Accurately measure, quote, and document work for estimates and billing

Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and workspaces

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while on the job

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in general trades or construction preferred

Skills:

Proficient in basic math; must be able to measure accurately and create estimates

Basic computer and tablet skills required for using estimating tools and communicating with customers

Familiar with email and basic app-based communication

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Other Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Comfortable working at heights of up to 32 feet or more (as approved by management)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be punctual, dependable, and maintain a professional appearance
