We are currently seeking a Production Manager – Legal to join our high-performing team in Chicago, IL.Position Summary

U.S. Legal Support seeks a Production Manager who is solution-oriented, client-focused, and excels at time management. As a Document Production Manager, you will lead a team of Production Analysts responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of client materials. You will oversee production capacity, manage KPIs, and ensure top-tier client satisfaction while leading by example.Key Responsibilities

Provide stellar customer service to all clients

Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and affiliates

Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and recognize team members

Monitor machine resources to maintain production flow and minimize downtime

Oversee team workloads and ensure performance meets KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards

Step in to support team members during peak workloads or urgent requests

Analyze data to drive production planning and staffing decisions

Identify process gaps or data errors and implement improvements

Research and resolve incomplete or unclear requests

Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to enhance workflows

Motivate and encourage employees with consistent feedback and communicationRequirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 4+ years of management experience in litigation support or a related field

Legal services, legal operations, Medical Records or Call Supervisor background preferred

Must have a solid understanding of different file types - Tech Savvy

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Proven ability to manage production operations in a fast-paced environment

Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve efficiency
