Now Hiring: 3rd shift Secondary Operator

Location: R&L Spring Company – Lake Geneva, WI

Shift: 3rd shift Full-Time

Compensation: $2.00/hour shift premium

R&L Spring Company is seeking a detail-oriented Secondary Operator to support our production team on 2nd shift. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality components using secondary equipment—critical to the performance and safety of the products we deliver.Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of secondary production equipment

Monitor machines and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and performance

Perform in-process checks and record production data using electronic tablets

Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications

Assist with sorting, packing, and finishing operations

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety, quality, and company standardsQualifications:

Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and customer blueprints

Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic tools

Comfortable using inspection and measuring equipment

Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required—we’re willing to trainPhysical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and use hands regularly

Frequently lift and move up to 30 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds

Safety Requirements:

Adherence to OSHA regulations, mandatory safety training, use of PPE, knowledge of emergency procedures, ability to perform physical tasks, relevant safety certifications, and compliance with drug and alcohol testing policies.
