Randstad Staffing is HIRING NOW for a Direct Hire CNC Mill Programmer in Westminster, CO for a national manufacturing client. In this position you will be responsible for setting up and programming CNC Mill Haas Machining centers.

Shift: 1st

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay: $30-36 per hour

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a machining or manufacturing environment preferred

Expertise in operating CNC and manual machining equipment

Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings

Advanced knowledge of machining principles, cutting tools, and materials

Experience with Mastercam and SolidWorks or CAD

Experience with precision measuring instruments and quality control methodologies

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills

Leadership and mentoring experience in a machining or manufacturing environment

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities:

Independently set up and operate CNC and manual machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to produce precision components to tight tolerances

Analyze complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining processes and tooling requirements

Utilize precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM) to verify part dimensions and ensure adherence to quality standards

Identify and implement process enhancements, tooling advancements, and workflow optimizations to increase production efficiency

Provide guidance and training to junior machinists, sharing expertise and best practices to improve team capabilities

Diagnose and resolve complex machining issues, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment repairs
