This is a national company with corporate offices located minutes from the Easton area. They have 3000+ employees through out the country. They need to hire as soon as possible a talented new associate for their HR team. Responsibilities will involve assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including screening resumes/applications, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Coordinate and track employee training and development programs, ensuring timely completion of required courses. Provide support in benefits administration, including employee enrollments, changes, and inquiries. Offer general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, scheduling, and managing HR communications. Assist with Workers Comp issues. The qualified candidate will have a college education and a year or two experience in human resources.
