Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our facility. This role is integral in managing various operational functions and ensuring that processes are running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in handling multiple responsibilities and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and utilize ERP systems for daily operations
Support key administrative functions including handling correspondence, reports, and confidential documents.
Perform ERP transactions, support plant-wide initiatives, and assist in various plant activities.
Organize and maintain records, including inventory control, perform daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts
Investigate inventory discrepancies, determine causes, and implement preventive measures with site leaders
Conduct time studies, support maintenance and reliability efforts, and analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to various company projects and internal communications, supporting overall operational objectives.
Creation build of materials, and reporting actuals against them.
Validate consumption of raw, and work in process materials.
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
College degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 5 years of experience in administrative or operations roles, with a background in customer service and bookkeeping preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with IQMS is a plus) and a good understanding of manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
Strong mathematical skills and excellent interpersonal problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to achieving results with a strong work ethic.
Experience in safety programs and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a plus.
